I find Doctor Who is usually a programme that most people watch or at least have formed some kind of opinion about, so it seemed as good a topic as any to get people talking Personally, i was loving Matt Smith when this series started but i'm beginning to lose faith a little. I will wait and see though, don't want to condemn the man too quickly. Christopher Eccleston remains my all time favourite Doctor

Hmmm...I haven't watched the past couple of weeks because, quite frankly, the 'swallowing people' ground story really wasn't much cop And I didn't watch the Dalek one either because I am rather sick of them now. HOWEVER, Matt Smith is a completely beautiful young man so I'm going to stick at it as long as I can! And his assistant has grown on me too. I still can't stand Rory, though. Seriously, he's no Mickey Smith...

Matt Smith *is* beautiful yes, and I haven't really been fond of the new series, however I strongly recommend watching the latest one about Vincent Van Gogh - it's the best episode of the series by far and I thoroughly enjoyed it! I know it brought a few people to tears, and Richard Curtis wrote and directed it so

I like Rory... But still think Mickey Smith was a brilliant character.

Tom Ellis? But he's so boring-looking! I saw him in a modern version of 'Much Ado About Nothing' and he was very good...but gorgeous? Nah.

He is gorgeous! In Miranda - did you see that? I haven't seen him in much else tbh but Russell T Davies likes him a lot! And as Tom Milligan in DW, he was very rugged looking

Tom Ellis in Miranda and No Angels is GORGEOUS. But in Doctor Who he was a bit of a non-character. I wasn't impressed I quite liked Martha and Mickey being paired off together, playing space paintballing for the rest of their lives

Well i've finally got round to watching the Vincent Van Gogh episode. Absolutely brilliant. My favourite of this series so far. Heartbreaking and yet beautiful. When the Doctor brought Van Gogh to 2010 and took him to the art exhibition and he cried i welled up! Lovely to see Bill Nighy too

I'm really looking forward to watching that one now! Also, the one with Smithy tonight looks good EDIT: Just watched it... ;D WOW, it was good! I am now even more deeply in love with Matt Smith and the guy who played Vincent was gorgeous...and I cried at the end when he saw all his paintings And finally Amy isn't grating on me! At last!

Hurrah!
Have you seen the James Corden episode? I luff him. And Matt Smith when he tried on those sunglasses was actually looking quite attractive!!

Yeah, oh my God I loved James Corden in it! He and that crazy-A2A-widow woman were such a cute couple! And Matt Smith gets ever more gorgeous with every episode Could it finally be possible that the writing has picked up this series? Two good episodes in a row! Miraculous.

I know! Two good episodes in a row makes me feel spoilt! Let's hope the series finale holds up. Though judging by the preview it does seem like the Doctor is fighting...well...everyone!
